Therefore, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. Equally, if you are a resident in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
