Our Trustee team continues to evolve and we have vacancies for Member Nominated Directors (MNDs) and members of our Trustee Talent Pool (TTPs). Being part of the Trustee team means looking out for our members’ best interests and making sure the pension schemes we look after are well governed and run efficiently.
This year we are looking to select three MNDs from the membership who will join the Board of Trustees immediately.
We’re also looking to refresh our succession planning and have vacancies for TTPs to support the Board of Trustees while learning more about the role of a MND.
TTPs work alongside the Trustee Board, whilst gaining valuable experience and taking part in discussions and decision-making in the same way our Trustees do. It’s important that we have a diverse mix of skills and backgrounds on the team, which is why we go out to the membership and invite people to put themselves forward to join us.
