Earlier in the year, we informed you about the opportunity to join our Trustee team. We were delighted with the response and would like to thank everyone who expressed an interest in this years’ MND and TTP process, which has now been concluded.
We are pleased to confirm that the 3 Member Nominated Director (MND) vacancies have been filled and that the following individuals will be joining the Trustee Talent Pool (TTP) from 1 January 2026:

As a reminder the Trustee Talent Pool (TTP) gives members a chance to learn more about the role of being a Trustee Director, in case they want to put themselves forward to be one in future. The TTP members also support our Trustee Board in running our pension schemes and bring different insights to the essential work that goes on behind the scenes.
We regularly review the requirements of the Trustee Board, including the number of members in the TTP, so please look out for future opportunities.
